Background & Training

Marcus holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Economy from a research university in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. During his studies, he interned at a U.S.-based policy institute focused on transatlantic economic relations—an experience that shaped his belief that in-depth analysis should be accessible to the public, not confined to academic journals or expensive consulting reports.

After graduating, he worked for several years as a contract analyst at a geopolitical risk firm, advising institutional clients on legal and cross-border investment risks.
